Our Team
Erika L. Salerno, Founder
Erika grew up in an entrepreneurial family. Her parents owned a small country store, remodeled a historic home, and designed and built new construction. Erika learned about customer service, real estate, and design from a young age. Erika loves everything about design, but “use of space” and selecting materials are her favorite. Along with her passion for real estate design, Erika had an unexplainable curiosity for helicopters and yearned to serve her country. Erika joined the Army National Guard in 1999 and purchased her first home in 2003. She began investing in Mesa, AZ, where she bought two properties and has since acquired properties in Tempe, Chandler, and Phoenix, AZ. In 2005, before a combat deployment, a mutual friend introduced Erika to real estate agents Jeff and Maricel Gritzmacher. As suspected, the three hit it off, and the Gritzmachers assisted Erika with all aspects of property maintenance and tenant care in her absence. Erika and the Gritzmachers have remained a team ever since, and she founded
E. Salerno Enterprises, LLC in 2015.
Ken W. Staton, Manager
Ken joined the E. Salerno Enterprises Team through marriage. Ken and Erika met in the military, and the rest, as they say, “is history.” Ken spent years managing projects and teams. First, he was a communications sergeant in the 5th Special Forces Group before earning his rank as a warrant officer and becoming an aviator. Ken flew five helicopters and retired from the U.S. Army as a Chief Warrant Officer 3 (CW3). For his second career, Ken flew as a Standardization Pilot for the U.S. Army in a civilian capacity. After over 30 years of military and civil service, he hung up the flight suit and now manages E. Salerno Enterprises. Ken’s exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task made him a natural with client engagement and project management.
Jeff Gritzmacher, Associate Broker
You may not know Jeff yet, but if you have seen “Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles” or “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” on Bravo TV, then you are familiar with “The Agency”. E. Salerno Enterprises, LLC buys and sells all properties through The Agency, and Jeff Gritzmacher is our exclusive agent. Jeff has over 25 years of experience and represents a wide range of clientele.
